Design and Implementation of Digitization Strategies

The transformation of companies into the digital world requires a company-wide, structured approach. Digitization strategies present such an approach. Due to the novelty of the underlying phenomenon, there are still important open questions concerning the design, content and implementation of digitization strategies across industries. Such questions are the focus of this project.
