I have 17 years of diversified experience in both Public & Private Sectors at Local and International levels of Banking, Logistics and Oil & Gas industries. Over the years, in the corporate sector, I have worked in different Lower and Middle Management roles in Consumer Banking, Retail Banking, Service & Sales and HR & Administration. I led a team of 7 colleagues and in my last assignment I, as a Management Consultant/Advisor was directly assisting MD/CEO on some projects and Senior General Manager (HR) on permanent basis. My primary responsibility was to assist the Senior Management by providing decision support through business informatics and other decision support systems. I have formulated several automated MIS, Dashboard(s) and digitized various organizational processes at interdepartmental levels to deploy as decision support systems. I was also the focal point regarding implementation of the decisions taken by the Human Resource Remuneration & Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors.

My background of Computer Sciences, Marketing, knowledge of domestic and International HR practices and International Business offers me some unique hybrid capabilities that I had always utilized not only in achieving my professional and academic objectives but also to bring business reforms to the firms I worked with. Put succinctly, I am blend of Business & Management and IT with significant achievements in the corporate world and academia.

Currently, I am working on an interdisciplinary project of Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) which is at the intersection of Law and Information Systems.
